PROGRAMS

v TEACHING CHRISTIAN MEDITATION

  Meditation is taught to anybody who comes during the hours the 
  Center is open.  There is an opportunity to view the one half hour 
  Coming Home video.

  Center volunteers go to parishes and other spiritually oriented settings
  to provide the six week introductory course and form weekly 
  meditation groups.

v CONTEMPLATIVE PARISH PROJECT

  Day Meditation Retreats will be posted 6 weeks before they are scheduled.

  To be announced: In memory of John Main: 25th Anniversary year of his 
  death

v Father Laurence Freeman OSB  Spiritual guide and director of 
  the WCCM will be in Los Angeles on January 15, 16, and 17, 2008.  
  Events are being planned.  Coordinators of these events are 
  Deacon Fred and Maureen Conrey.

v BOOKSTORE

  You can find for purchase books, audio tapes, CDs, videos, and 
  DVDs related to contemplative practice.

v CHRISTIAN MEDITATION LIBRARY

  Our library contains books, tapes, and videos that you can access, 
  while visiting our center.  There is a reading room for use and also 
  computer access for WCCM websites.

v PRISON MINISTRY OUTREACH

  Thursdays are devoted to outreach to imprisoned men and women. 

v SPIRITUAL DIRECTION IN CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE

  This program is limited to those who have been faithful to the daily 
  path of Christian meditation for several years.  Access is by 
  appointment only.
