Scope of Work – Year One:

• 6-10 Parishes will be given the introductory course including a one day retreat to begin the six-week follow-up sessions
• Each Parish given the six-week introduction will continue on with a weekly meditation group
• Newly formed Meditation Groups will be given a kit of supportive aids
• Two “Essential Teaching Workshops” will be given to train new meditation group leaders
• A web page will be created specifically for “The Contemplative Parish”
• A Data base will be created specifically for “The Contemplative Parish”
• One “Roots of Christian Mysticism” course will be offered
• Phase one of “The Contemplative Parish” video will be completed
• A minimum of one additional retreat will be offered to the participants of “The Contemplative Parish”

§     A “Contemplative Parish” Newsletter will be generated to all participants
